Courtesty Plumbing was there for me when I found out that there was a large as leak. they also found work that was done by a licensed contractor by the name of Ricardo that failed to cap the gas lines under the home. my property was built in 1926 and went under extensive renovations as a flip when I purchased it and this was unknown to me at the time when I purchased it. Sami and Jason made sure that I had great communication throughout the process. It was a large job almost $6000 to fix the repair and to make sure the home was safe for my tenants. I am so glad they were there for me when I needed them in a timely manner as well. They are respectful, expeditious and knowledgable. As a real estate broker it's imperative that I work with plumbers who have the knowledge and experience to make sure my property is safe.
